Zero Out-of-Pocket Family Billing Policy

Dragonfly Grove Miami LLC operates under a strict consumer protection standard. No direct, face-to-face, or in-home behavioral services will be scheduled or rendered until a formal Prior Authorization is issued by the client's respective health insurance provider. This agency does not bill families out-of-pocket for standard hourly clinical care prior to insurance approval and payouts.

Merchandise & E-Commerce Terms

All apparel, accessories, and gear sold via our digital storefront are manufactured and fulfilled entirely through Print-on-Demand partnerships (Printify). All designs, including our signature dragonfly rock motifs, are properties of Dragonfly Grove Miami LLC. We do not carry, store, or sell physical product inventory at our administrative address. Product sales are conducted to build community engagement and raise independent start-up capital.

Music Copyright & Intellectual Property Disclosure

Our unique therapeutic focus emphasizes the non-traditional integration of music and rhythm to motivate and reinforce clinical goals. This website does not sell music files, distribute copyrighted audio files, or offer music education lessons. All audio utilized across our digital media channels is sourced from commercial-use permitted libraries.
